Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan Salad Recipe
A salad even a meat eater will eat.
It’s my Mum’s recipe and it’s a crunchy toasted tasty treat that kids and meat-eaters love!
Annnnnnnd super quick and easy.
Method: Shred cabbage and store in the fridge until you are going to serve. Add all other dry ingredients and dressing. Toss, serve.
Ingredients in the salad:
1/2 Cabbage - shredded.
1 Packet of sweet potato chips - crushed.
2 Spring Onions - chopped.
50g Slithered Almonds - toasted in a pan.
2 tblspn Sesame seeds - toasted in a pan.
Ingredients in Dressing:
2 tsp Vege or chicken stock - powder.
2 tblespn caster sugar.
6 tblespn White vinegar.
1 tsp salt
1/2 Cup salad oil.
